Jerusalem Wineries was established in 1976 and was acquired by the Guetta Family in 2006. Located in northern Jerusalem, the winery produces a variety of wines that have received awards and recognition. The estate vineyards are located in three different growing regions in Israel, resulting in varying grape qualities and different wines. This wine is part of the Reserve Series, characterized by remarkable flavors, aromas and scents. The '13 Cabernet Sauvignon is 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 10% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot grapes, grown in the Shiloh Valley at a height of 830m. Grapes were picked before dawn. The wine is unfiltered, and aged in French oak for 15 months. The wine is a deep red hue, and has apparent blackberry aromas. Kosher, Kosher for Passover.
